An Olympic Joyride........

What an amazing journey we have encountered with an emotionally charged spectacular joyride of the London 2012 Olympics. This is where the GREAT in Great Britain comes from. Here we were at our absolute best with creativity, music, dedication, perseverance and CAN DO attitude. I am in awe of the athletes who allowed the crowd to become part of their event and carry them past the finish line.

We now are left feeling spent and bereft as we know we are unlikely to encouter this again in our lifetime. Magnify the emotion (by 100X) you felt when you read the last line in the last Harry Potter book knowing it was the end of a journey you didn't want to end.

For 17 days we have been encapsulted in an Olympic bubble which started with Bradley Wiggins, was accelerated to unimaginary heights with Jessica Ennis, Greg Hungerford and MO FARAH.....and thank you for the biggest smile MO, we will never forget it as long as we live.

The Closing Ceremony was magnificant as we recognised our greatest musical legends, John Lennon, Freddie Mercury, David Bowie and The Who. We enjoyed The Muse, Beady Eye and The Kaiser Chiefs, we even sang along with The Spice Girls. Thank you for giving us a ringside seat to THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.

When we look turnover the best Olympic Games in the future we will be proud to read Made in England, not Made in China.
